Tanvi is the Managing Trustee of the Jindal Education Trust and a former Teach for India fellow with a passion to make learning for all children meaningful and enjoyable. Taking inspiration from the UN Sustainable Development Goals, she is establishing the Museum of Solutions, an interactive and immersive children’s museum that will enable young mind’s to decode sustainability, climate change, urban planning, and empathy. She is now establishing a world-class gymnastics training program that provides gymnasts with a pathway to develop excellence in the sport.

An ex-professional tennis player ranked 7th in Asia and London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) graduate. Ria has expressed her vision to develop the Indian sporting ecosystem at multiple forums such as TEDX. She has played a pivotal role in creating an ecosystem for aspiring Olympic athletes at the Inspire Institute of Sport (IIS) through corporate partnerships. She also aids in the development of world class sports infrastructure in India through sports consultancy. She has now taken on the task of pioneering the growth of gymnastics across the country.

Kym has served as a member of the International Technical Committee of the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) as Vice President, Secretary Member for 7 Olympic Cycles. She led Gymnastic Queensland as their CEO and Event and Education Director from 2000 – 2019 during a period of unprecedented membership growth. Kym served as the Competition Director for the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney leading the staging of Men’s, Women’s, Rhythmic and for the first time Trampoline competitions.

Peter is recognised as one of Australia’s most successful performance Coaches and Program Directors who served as Gymnastic Queensland’s State Team Coach from 1976 and Queensland’s first State Coaching Director from 1990 – 1998. Peter successfully established and directed two High Performance Programs that both produced multiple World Championship representatives, Commonwealth Games medalists and Olympians. Peter has subsequently directed two very successful club programs in Queensland, Victoria Point YMCA and Gladstone Gymnastic Club.

Anjan is a seasoned professional with a track record of working closely with elite athletes, like Neeraj Chopra, Bajrang Punia, and others. His significant contribution as the Head of Operations for JSW's Swimming High-Performance Centre in Odisha played a pivotal role in the development of the swimming ecosystem in Odisha. Now, as part of the Leap Gymnastics team, Anjan brings his expertise to further elevate the sport on a national scale, continuing his commitment to the advancement of sports in India.
