Tailored for Indian physiology, our programmes are benchmarked to an internationally recognised curriculum, backed by world-class facilities, and taught by some of the best global and domestic coaches.

Our program focuses on helping children develop strength, flexibility and athletic ability. The classes are perfect for toddler and school age - beginners, right through to developing junior-level gymnasts. Based on growth patterns and developmental stages of children, our program is divided into 3 broad segments - Kindergym, Steps and Squad.

  • Kindergym

    Kindergym

Amovement program for children under the age of 5 introduces basic skills and strength building activities where interaction between you and your child is a key component.

  • Steps

    Steps

Inclusive pathway for ages and abilities allowing you to advance through our progressive syllabus at your own pace.

  • Squad

    Squad

Competition Team - Ability based competitive skill development based on international levels integrated with India's competitive program.

Our Kindergym classes are fun and engaging, with a focus on movement. Full of themed excitement, children play with purpose with their peers in the gym each week. Our gymnasts progress from parent-assisted classes into independent learning.

Classes are age-based and children are grouped with their peers accordingly. Kindergym classes are action packed and challenging for gymnasts to progress through to our Steps program, developing gymnastics skills and techniques. Our Kindergym program comprises two sub-programs: Explorers (18 months to 3 years) and Flippers (3 to 4 years).
